Requirements:
* Any iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch on firmware 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.2.

* Any version of iTunes 9 (including 9.1.1).

Step 1. Free Download Spirit Jailbreak: For Windows, For Mac

Step 2. Connect your iPad with iTunes 9, it will also work with the latest iTunes 9.1.1, then sync your iPad with iTunes first.

Step 3. Run Spirit Jailbreak and click on Jailbreak button as shown in screenshot:
